The primary purpose of the IDA Hawai‘i Branch Odyssey Project Teacher and Tutor Training Program is to promote teaching in Structured Literacy (aka Multisensory Structured Language-MSL) and other research-based approaches to teachers, tutors and other educators who work with students with dyslexia and other struggling readers in Hawai‘i. Another purpose is to increase the availability of reasonably affordable Structured Literacy tutoring for students in Hawai‘i.
